[Vincent wanders through the House of Personas, staring at reflections of... himself. He passes by future versions, which look exactly unchanged from one to the next. Sometimes the images aren't him exactly, but rather the four beings inside him.]

[The ones from the past are different, though. He lingers briefly at one of his Turk self. Then continues moving along, now to one where he's half-transformed- the first time it ever happened. This is where he pauses for a while, recalling the horror he experienced upon discovering the alterations.]

Very little. I understand that the Malnosso periodically take an individual and experiment to see what makes their bodies tick or how much they can endure. Sounds like torture to me.

But I don't know the manner in which they take the victims.

What I have seen of kidnappings typically involve people being forcefully taken away. Attempts to fight are futile.

Of course. I can't imagine anyone willing to let the Malnosso experiment on them. But who or what takes them away? Are they so strong that we can't fight them off?
