[Vincent wanders through the House of Personas, staring at reflections of... himself. He passes by future versions, which look exactly unchanged from one to the next. Sometimes the images aren't him exactly, but rather the four beings inside him.]

[The ones from the past are different, though. He lingers briefly at one of his Turk self. Then continues moving along, now to one where he's half-transformed- the first time it ever happened. This is where he pauses for a while, recalling the horror he experienced upon discovering the alterations.]

[Jay happens to look in his journal, noticing the mysterious man with the red cloak. The boy raised his eye, noting that the man looked rather...suspicious. perhaps he could get the man's attention...]

Hmm? I wonder who this is?

[ oh hai, guess who else is in the House of Personas. Joshua is quietly walking along, and pauses as he comes up next to Vincent, looking at the other's reflection. ]

That doesn't look too plesant.

[ His own reflection is rather recognizably himself; he appears to be in his late teens or early twenties. On his back are black, wiry wings. ]

[Vincent is absorbed in recalling the past, but soon enough, the voice catches his attention. He glances to his journal.]

...I could ask the same question.

Um...I-I'm Jay. And you?

[Stares a little longer... and then nods agreement.]

The past rarely was.

[Kurtis has been exploring the Hall of Personas as well. If Vincent is looking in a past mirror, he'll probably notice a green-haired cyborg next to his reflection. If he looks to his side, he'll probably see a green penguin-like creature.]

Seems many of us have many faces.

Vincent Valentine.

[Pauses a moment]

...What did you see?

[Not sure what the man is talking about.]

Well, I...I just saw you...

(?)

What happened to cause that to occur?

[Vincent turns at that remark, noticing the difference in appearances. He returns his gaze to the mirror again.]

...and it seems that in here, all of them are revealed.

Did you... notice what was in the mirrors?

[Since he has no way of knowing what the journal exactly picked up of his time in here. He just knows he's been in here for a long while.]

What happened to you?

An experiment... but not the Malnosso. It happened before I came here.

Mirrors? ...No...

Where are you?

What kind?

I'm sorry to hear that. Especially since I once performed experiments which were... less than moral.

[That means less explaining things, anyway.]

It's inside the... area that recently appeared.

It was more... scientific in nature.

The amusement park? Is there something I shouldn't see there?

[He turns again to look at the real one, expression wary.]

What kind of experiments?

What were they trying to do?

I made people into cyborgs. My advances in technology helped a lot of people. I could replace lost limbs, and make them even better than before. In fact, technology I developed saved me when my original body was destroyed. But then I started using my technology for more sinister purposes. I... created a mind control device.

It depends upon whether you can bear seeing yourself in the past... or future.

One might call it... a punishment.
