[Form number two takes hold suddenly, Vincent transforming into an entity he's familiar with. Except now, he has no control over Chaos' actions, acting out the trait he loathes the most... becoming nothing but an angry, bloodthirsty monster.

He growls in disgust at what he's become. He knows he must move away from populated areas as swiftly as possible. That is, if he can find enough willpower to manage that.

He's attempting to fly around with ...mild success. He'll blindly attack anyone who dares disturb him, despite Vincent deep down going "no my sins D:"]

[HOSHIT. That's not a good sign. Lu will stare at him FLYING OFF because uh, it's probably better that he LEAVES, AND LEAVES NOW.]

[Cagnazzo-Rydia is wandering far outside town, in the forest. She keeps away from the lakes, thinking that people might gather there to swim. Finding a cave is also a priority and Rydia continues when she hears something approaching and looks around warily.]

[Vincent tries to gain better altitude, the faster he gets away, the better. But as he glances down, catches sight of someone... Stares and roars.

...No...]

Beware, pitiful human.

[Vincent thinks he may be far enough away, so he pauses mid-air to seek a good place to stay. He glimpses something moving and then approaches to investigate... another creature? No, another monster...

His monstrous instinct is to attack. He swoops in closer.]

[Why isn't the Protomat-- oh right, it probably doesn't exist here. Still, she backs up when Chaos speaks to her.]

[No protomateria for you! Not when he's become the monster he despises. Vincent stalks toward her like a predator.]

[This is NOT AS PLANNED. Protomateria made him subdued before, but it's not present here, apparently. If she runs, will he follow? She's unsure, but either way, he's probably going to try to rip her apart.]

[O hai thar Vincent. Have a Malboro scooting around the village, looking for a good place to hide. He's hoping no one notices him... but then again, the stench does have the tendency to either attract or repel someone.]

[Rydia catches sight of the transformed Vincent as he descends to attack. She had met enough transformed people that had retained their own minds that running into one who is lost to their form is a novelty. A novelty she wants no part of, however.]

GO AWAY. I DON'T WANT TO FIGHT.

[Probably not going to work, but Rydia has to give whoever it is the benefit of the doubt--maybe hearing those words would knock some coherent though into the one possessed. However, Cagnazzo-Rydia takes a defensive stance anyway and prepares to claw or bite said creature the moment they enter her space.]

[It's LIFE! He wants to see it ended! So he'll be chasing her!]

Stay away, monster! This is not my choice!

[Vincent is trying to do what he can... but those horrible instincts say: ATTACK! ...Whatever this beast is. He fires a shot at the large blue form.]

Repulsive.

[Comes down closer to get a better look at it.]

[Sorry, this Malboro too busy to notice you right now. Hey, this bush looks like a good place to hide...]

[The shot grazes her and she snarls. She keeps in mind what he says and move away, hoping increased distance will blunt his overriding need to attack. However, she's not very fast in her form and is still the largest target around for some distance.]

[OHSHI--

RUNNING AWAY NOW!]

Lucrecia... you must...

[CHASING! AAAAND SHOOTING AT HER! BANGBANGBANG!]

[Growls under his breath, the monstrous impulses taking hold, as he swoops down to claw at the creature.]

[Despite Vincent's will, he moves in closer to claw at it...]

I can't...

[Oh hey, he's a Moogle again, temporarily. Hurdy turns around to check if anyone is watching. Oh hello there Mr. mysterious person. Why are you swooping down towards me? Wait a minute...]

KUPO-PO! [O shit. Ducking.]

[OH GOD DAMN IT but wait was that Vincent?] V-Vincent?!

This monster... I despise...

[It's an apparent struggle to stay his hand even for this long.]

[Roars and now fires a shot at the... moogle!? But it's still living, and Vincent is convinced that he likes killing that in this form...]

Not what it seems.

[As if this assertion could remind him of something lost as well.]

I... I know, it...

[If only she could Sleep the airborne being...but in Cagnazzo's form, such magic eluded her grasp. The only power she can recall is that belonging to the fiend. Upon glancing back and realizing her attempt is not having the desired effect, she stands her ground. A moment later, a ring of water forms around her.]

TRY!

[FFF A SHOT. DODGING.]

Kupo-po! [Gee that was scary. Gonna flee now, bai.]

[Angry ROARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR]

Fool.

[Vincent can't stop himself from swooping toward the creature and clawing wildly, trying to surpass that barrier of water...]

[...And just as the moogle flees, he's turned to yet another form, which... has an uncontrollable urge to laugh like a madmam before regaining some senses.]

[The water itself isn't the problem, at least not yet. Cagnazzo-Rydia tries to remain focused, needing time to build up the power for a certain attack. She snarls as the claws tear at her thick hide, but remains steady. It also helps that many of those blows bounced off her shell.]

[OHSHIT TIME TO RUN AGAIN]

[BUT CHAOS WANTS TO BE FRIENDS! IN THE SENSE THAT HE KILLS YOU!]

[Chaos!Vincent notices how thick shelled she is, but that won't deter him. He must just continue the assault, which he does, striking again at the creature.]

[NO D: So she's going to keep RUNNING thanks!]

[The ring of water doesn't diminish as Cagnazzo-Rydia is bombarded by Chaos. She takes the blows in stride, trying to focus...and perhaps she can manage it now. The ring of water grows and then lashes out--Tsunami-time.]

[Vincent watches her through the eyes of the monster, loathing his desire to maim and kill her, unable to stop chasing her. HURRY LU! FASTER! Inwardly he is hoping she can make it away...]

[The blast of water hits the monster, knocking him well away and to the ground. ...and then inexplicably, he's himself again, in human form. Looks warily at the monster.]

[Ok you know what? She's going to go toward her lab UNDERGROUND, WHERE IT HAD BETTER BE SAFE.]

[Victory will be hers today! As Chaos will go try finding more unsuspecting victims...]

[Cagnazzo-Rydia pauses, peering at the now-human. He didn't seem familiar at all, but at least he wasn't charging at her.]

STAY WHERE YOU ARE. I HAVE NO WISH TO HARM YOU.

[And with that, she proceeded to put as much distance between herself and that man, before he changed again.

[He's been holding Cerberus at the monster, but now, with his personality fully his own he has much better senses about everything. Lowers the weapon.]

...What are you?

[Now he wants to talk, abut Rydia's about as antisocial as she can get in this form, too used to people fearing or attacking her thus.]

A BEING OF WATER. I AM NO ENEMY.

[Eyes the creature warily, but the fact that it isn't attacking tells him enough.]

...Nor am I.

[For now he has to continue on with his goal... and get away from town before he goes berserk again.]
