[Voice/Action]
[This voice message is less voice and more... the sound of bells. Bells that are light and jingly, with perhaps just a little bit of an ominous tone underneath that. Anyone with magical backgrounds- the same as with for Tinker Bell- can understand the words, but for anyone else they'll just hear him talk in the bell sound. Vincent has no idea yet, of course.]
It will only last a week... if we're fortunate.
[Of all the things to become, it had to be this. No monster, oddly enough, but a tiny little fairy. At the moment he's somewhere around town right in the middle of one of the paths. He's wearing his bandana wrapped around him toga-style. Vincent is making a futile attempt to pick up at least his journal and his gun and bring them along with him... but getting airborne is proving to be a challenge and he's sprinkling pixie dust all over.]

...Vincent?

[Vincent lets the stuff drop down a moment as he stares at her in surprise. She's pretty much a similar size to him, and seems to be a lifeform of some similarity as well.]

[She looks at him, then the pixie dust.]
Oh, you're like Tink. Um, we should move. I don't want you squished.

I don't want to leave my things here... but I cannot possibly carry them in this form.

If they could bring them back to my place, I would appreciate that.

...where do you live again?

Alright. We can head to my house first, then. Um...can you fly?

Hey! You're a fairy! It's me! Tink! I can't understand you right now. Go slower, please!
voice
I don't understand. Why would you be unable to hear me? Are we not speaking the same language...?
[Tests out a Written part next which proves to be a challenge.]
You're... unable to understand my speech?
voice
[She's actually getting upset about this and not just angry. Once the writing comes back, she calms down with a sniffle.]
I don't like this at all. Please, tell me who you are. Where are you?

Written / Action
[She's already on her way to find him.]
Written / Action
[Perhaps it's something he's not discovered yet, since he's only just turned and has a lot to get used to about this form. He'll be busying himself with moving away his things from the path, as much as he possibly can move it all like he is.]
Written / Action
[She's missing hers very much. Eventually she makes it out and spots a fairy flying around trying to move stuff.]
You could use pixie dust to float those if you want.
