[Vincent did make it back to his place, but now he's seriously contemplating a return out there... because he knows how the Malnosso work, and he can't bear the thought of them dropping Lucrecia in the blizzard. So he's starting out somewhere just outside Community Building One, and will attempt to patrol around as best as he can.]

Has anyone... noticed any kidnapping victims returned in the midst of this storm?

None, yet, that I know of, but I know there are people keeping an eye out. I wouldn't put it past them to toss someone back in the middle of this mess.
