[Vincent has a strong urge to get out at the moment, and not for simply lurking and moping around. There is much he could accomplish if he considers it. At the moment, he's heading off to get replacement light bulbs... yes, he's been living in the dark and not bothering to do anything about that for a couple weeks' time. Something absolutely must be done. It's rare he feels so strangely motivated.]
