[Vincent wakes to a room that's been fully redecorated into, as his AU so cheerfully described it, a 'palace of love.' The walls are pastel pink, and along with a wide array of flowers, there are all sorts of sensual things placed strategically around. He groans upon recalling the past week. Then he pulls his hair out of the ponytail as he looks around a room that would put the Honeybee Inn to shame.]

[As he opens his journal, there's a good view of his lovely new surroundings. Then his scowling face comes into the picture.]

My behavior last week was inexcusable, although the Malnosso are technically at fault.

Regardless, to anyone I spoke with... I apologize.

[Vincent then starts the process of de-beautifying his room, taking away some of the tackier ...items... that he ended up having there. He can be seen wandering to and from his place as he seeks to strip away the memories of his AU self. He's basically throwing all the things into a big pile far enough from his building, for Galian to burn when he's ready.]

[There's a slight growly edge to his tone.]

[And he goes to get the first pile of stuff and start hauling it away.]

[Grabbing some of the lighter stuff first then. He'll just assist you quietly unless you want to say something.]

[Vincent is quiet for a good while, as he gets to the store with the... pile of stuff. He hastily sets it down once inside, as if wanting to make sure he has no further association with it.]

[He can't help but chuckle at that. Hasty much?]

[Pauses as he's on his way to go get more things.]

That's why you should learn to take things in stride. You're going to wear yourself out thinking about things you can't control.

[He's headed back out, since the sooner they get this done, the better. At least it's helping to calm the storm in his mind, since the more the reminders are out of sight, the less they can bother him.]
