It's been a trying time for us all. These events are far beyond my expertise to handle, although I've done all that I could. [A small sigh about that. This version still has his angst about the monsters, but he also has a way of distracting himself.]

In the meantime, while we have something of a respite... for any ladies who are lonely for companionship, I would be honored to provide that. To those I'm not acquainted with, I'm your resident Valentine. Vincent Valentine.

[Be afraid. Be very afraid. Vincent has actually combed his hair and has tied it back into a ponytail. He's also looking very... gentlemanly and polished overall, and has even set aside his old tattered cape for one that's in much better condition. He's in a mood to wander around town, so you can expect to run into him most anywhere today.]

[Yuffie heard him over the journals, and it took just about all of her nonexistent self control not to burst out laughing then.

But when she goes to find him, and sees him looking...nice, part of her just dies and she almost looses her balance when she starts laughing so hard.]

[Princess Edeline was idly walking through the village until she spotted a rather flamboyant man offering roses to random maidens. Eying the shameless cad for a moment, Edeline dared to walk past quickly in hopes of avoiding him.

The Princess of Damcyan didn't have any need for humility in her kingdom, but as she traveled throughout Luceti, she was beginning to understand what Detective Goroh spoke about earlier.

[Ted should probably be glad she didn't hear that message. Scratch that, she probably would have wanted to hear it so she'd be aware of what she's going to run into. But, as fate would have it, she didn't, and instead she is strolling through town looking around for friends and making sure they're not all crazy.]

[Vincent is just wandering around, admiring the scenery... which does in fact include Katara. But she looks distraught over something, which just won't do at all. So he smiles a little as he approaches her, coming right up to her with his random offer of a rose.]

[Bern is actually outside for once during the day time. After all, this is a decent time to survey the village and see what's been going on. There's been a lot of fuss about people acting strange and frankly she just has to see what's going on for herself.
